Personality:
Holokai is a powerful stallion, from the look of him many others shy away but once another takes the time to actually meet him they realize he is quite to opposite. Holokai is a friendly fellow who is very proud of his heritage. He can retell stories of old in an instant and finds great fun in teaching young ones and older hihiri alike the tales of the past. He would do anything to protect his herd and is on constant alert for any dangers lurking around the islands. He is a rather popular stallion for being such a lumbering hulk. He can do a full range of jobs; from braiding a young filly's mane, then teaching a colt how to hunt, and even end the day with caring for an elderly Hihiri and making sure they are in good health.

History:
Life on the islands has always been well for the stallion. He grew up with two very busy parents leaving him mostly in the care of his granddam Alani, his sire's mother. The two were inseparable and it is said that Holokai grew his kindness under his grandmother's teachings. He would help her with her chores and run errands with her. She was the most beloved creature in his life. For years they stayed that way till Alani's age finally got to her and she passed away leaving Holokai alone in the world. By then he was already old enough t care for himself but he felt empty without her reliance on him and looked to help the others of the herd. Since then he has wasted little time on his own needs and put the herd first. He would love to get a mate and have a child to spoil and teach his ways but that would require him to take a step back and focus on himself, which is not something he is willing to do just yet.
